We had originally planned to title this masterpiece, "Pregnant Teen Smokers in Lingerie", but it wouldn't fit on the label and one of the pregnant teen smokers is not in lingerie.
The focal point of this work is a half hour interview with Joi Dawkins, who is due to deliver her second baby in about six weeks. Joi talks about her first child, Seanne, who picked up her first cigarette when she was just past one year old, and by the age of two is smoking one cigarette per day, on the average. Joi says that Seanne enjoys mommy's Newport 100s, but seems to prefer grandma's Marlboro Lights. Joi says that she expects her second daughter, still unnamed, to be smoking cigarettes by the age of five because there are many smokers in Joi's family. She says that during her pregnancy, she has usually been smoking about ten to twenty cigarettes per day, and notices that her baby gets noticeably more excited when she inhales deeply. During the movie, you can see her tummy bulge wildly in several different directions as she inhales her cigarettes deeply.
During the film, Joi's smoking style is characterized by consistent pop-inhales, French inhales, nose exhales, triple exhales and some excellent smoke rings. At one point, she lights up a pipe and does some French inhales and smoke rings with that. Joi's baby is expected to be a cute, little, Asian girl because her father is Vietnamese.
Also featured is the story of Bobbi Jean and Tiffany Baker, which never quite got long enough to be a film of its own. Most of this section is a telephone conversation in which fifteen year old Tiffany discovers that she is about five to six weeks pregnant and breaks up with her boyfriend because, the night before, he slept with her twin sister, her best friend and some other fourteen year old girl that she doesn't know. As it turns out, Tiffany's boyfriend is Matt, who is the 27 year old father of two of Amy's children. Amy and Matt are no longer together because Amy is doing a long stretch in a federal prison for trafficing and Matt was just released from prison for armed robbery, so Matt has been dating Tiffany and her mother, Bobbi Jean.
During the phone conversation, Tiffany inhales three Newport 100s. Bobbie Jean, who has three young children of her own, including a newborn, smokes several Marlboro 100s and tends to the children as she watches Tiffany smoke cigarettes and talk on the phone.
Also included is in this film is a brief intermission with the other Tiffany, who, at age sixteen is about four months pregnant with a child of her own. Wearing a black lace French maid uniform, TIffany smokes two of her Newports using a cigarette holder. We didn't do too much with Tiffany because she put on a lot of weight during her pregnancy and doesn't show well.
For those who like very thin women with a noticeable smokers' cough, Bobbie Jean is quite slender and coughs loudly several times while smoking her Marlboro Red 100s.
